Welcome to Magic Desk Studio. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Deposits

Booking Advance: To secure a date for a wedding shoot or a project slot for creative services, a booking advance is required. Please note that booking advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they reserve our resources and time exclusively for your project.
2. Project Timelines and Technical Issues

Timeline Estimates: All project delivery timelines are estimates based on standard workflows.

Technical Delays: Magic Desk Studio strives for timely delivery; however, any unforeseen technical issues (including but not limited to hardware failure, software glitches, rendering delays, or data corruption) may result in an extension of the project timeline. We will communicate such delays as soon as they are identified.
3. Data Retention and Responsibility
Post-Delivery Storage: Our responsibility for your project data is limited.

Wedding Shoots: Studio will not be responsible for any data loss after 30 days from the date of final delivery.

Creative Services: Studio will not be responsible for any data loss after 15 days from the date of final delivery.
We strongly advise clients to create multiple backups of their delivered files immediately upon receipt.
4. Code of Conduct
Zero Tolerance Policy: Magic Desk Studio maintains a professional and respectful environment. Any misbehavior toward any team member, whether in the studio, on a phone call, or on-site during a shoot, will result in the immediate termination of the contract/project without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Magic Desk Studio be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.

As an animation and wedding studio, we take pride in our work. By engaging our services, you grant Magic Desk Studio the right to use the footage/creative work produced during your project for our portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the project commencement.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is shared only with trusted partners (e.g., printing services, cloud storage providers) solely for the purpose of completing your project.
6. Updates to Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated version on our website.
